Amanda Asadourian

Kindergarten Aide

Amanda Asadourian, known to students and families as Miss Amanda, serves as a Kindergarten Aide at Saint Mary School. This is her third year working in kindergarten, though her experience in education began before becoming a mom, when she taught high school English.

Miss Amanda holds a master’s degree in Secondary Education. One of her favorite parts of working with Saint Mary’s youngest students is watching them grow throughout the year—not only in their knowledge and skills, but also in their faith.

She especially values the supportive community at Saint Mary and the way faith is naturally integrated into daily life, giving students opportunities to learn about and live their faith throughout the school day.

Outside of school, Miss Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, reading, traveling, and antiquing.

This year, Miss Amanda is looking forward to welcoming a brand-new group of kindergartners and watching all the learning, growing, and fun that comes with their first year at Saint Mary. And, as she heads into another year with kindergarteners, she has just one additional request: send coffee!
