Miss Angela joins Saint Mary this year as a preschool teacher, bringing approximately nine years of experience working in education in a variety of roles.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a master’s degree in Spanish Language Teaching. Originally from Colombia, Miss Angela’s first language is Spanish, and she is excited to bring her background and experiences to the Saint Mary community.

As a new member of the Saint Mary staff, Miss Angela is enjoying getting to know the school and the people who make it such a special community. She was drawn to Saint Mary by its values and supportive environment and appreciates being part of a school where children are encouraged to learn and grow.

Outside of school, Miss Angela enjoys baking and cooking, as well as camping and hiking with friends and family.

As she begins her first year at Saint Mary, Miss Angela is looking forward to meeting her students and their families, learning new things, growing as a teacher, and continuing to build her experience as an educator in the United States.
