A Catholic education has been very important to my family growing up. I was blessed to be able to teach at St. Mary School in Delaware, the school I attended as a child. I was the Preschool and Pre- Kindergarten Director/ Teacher for eight years as well as their Childcare Director for twelve years. This gave me the opportunity to continue my passion for working with our youngest learners. It brings me such joy getting to witness their excitement for learning at such a young age. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment.
Personally, I am a newlywed, we have been married a year in November! We have two dogs, named Winnie and Mr. Bakes. Winnie is a Dalmatian mix while Mr. Bakes is a Silver Lab. They have a lot of energy, which is why we visit Alum Creek Park a lot! My husband, Joe and I love to kayak and cook together when I am not finding deals (that we don’t need) at Target!
