Miss Green teaches first grade at Saint Mary School and is beginning her second year as part of the Saint Mary community and her eighth year as an educator.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Wright State University and a master’s degree in Reading from Bowling Green State University. Miss Green especially enjoys the students and staff she works with each day, as well as the many opportunities Saint Mary provides for its families and the greater community.

Having attended Catholic schools herself from third through twelfth grade, Miss Green experienced firsthand the opportunity to grow both academically and in her faith. That experience inspired her to become a Catholic school educator, where she can help students develop their own relationship with the Catholic faith and encourage them as they continue along their faith journeys.

Outside of school, Miss Green enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, traveling, and going on walks.

As she begins another year at Saint Mary, Miss Green is looking forward to a wonderful school year filled with learning, faith, and plenty of memorable moments with her first graders!
